We know that no matter how simple, there will always be questions; We compiled the ones we feel you might need to know:

Q: Is there volume discounts?

A: Yes. Companies that have 20 stores or more can request a discount on the monthly listing charge. There is never a discount on the application fees.

Q: What about bogus applications?

A: We know that there will always be applications that come up that are simply false. You need to report these to us for verification within 3 hours of getting one. We know that sometimes people enter the correct name and phone number, but then they falsify the other information. Since the application was sent to you based on the search criteria the user gave us, should the user request a loan from you based on false information, we will gladly reverse that charge. We will review the error and we reserve the right to refund based on our findings.

Q: Are the charges automatic?

A: Yes. Every month your credit card or check on file will be processed for the listing fees but the application fees are charged nightly for the day’s applications.

Q: What happens if my credit card or bank account fails?

A: If the payment fails to process on applications, you will not receive more until this is corrected, however your listing will continue unless of course that fails as well.
