How long does it take to list my site?
Minutes! Once you register for a username and password, you can start adding stores that moment. It takes about 10 minutes to complete your listing and because our system is automated, you will be "hot" immediately and start getting applications.
What is the different between a regular listing and a premium listing?
A regular listing just gives the basic information about your firm. We use regular listings to be a service to the viewer. Premium listings come in two forms, Enhanced and Super Enhanced. The difference between the two is that a Super Enhanced listing gives you the choice of being on top of the search results for the area the viewer is seeking, even if your distance is further than they requested.
Is there a contract?

Can I add new information to my listing?
You can edit or continue to enhance your listing at any time, 24 hours a day. This way, you can react to your competition faster.
How do I change or add to my listing?
Once you log in to your administrator panel, you will see an icon to add a location or to edit an existing one.
How many other lenders does the online application go to?
Three. We send the same application to the top three ENHANCED or SUPER ENHANCED listings only. We have found that quality of our service depends on the speed of replies from the vendor to the applicant. At times, you may get an applicant that has just accepted a loan from one of the other two vendors in your area. It is important to contact the client and let them know you are available as well for the loan. We have found that some people accept the first offer they get while others wait to see what others are offering.
After an online application has been submitted, how long does it take to reach me?
The speed of light. Sounds funny, but it's true. Our system is set up to send out the information instantly to the vendors.
How do I get a hold of the applicant?
You can call them, or you can email them, but we suggest doing both. Some people submit applications from work and cannot take a call. Make sure you have a good follow up system.
What type of videos can I have on my listing?
We will remove from our site any video that we determine to be marketed as a slam against their competition or worse, involves any statement that is false or illegal. Videos on the web are the hottest thing going and we STRONGLY suggest you uploading one. If you do not have one, and you would like one, all you have to do is take a video camera and shoot what you wish. Upload your video to You Tube and let us know what the link is. If you need more help, just call our tech department and we will be happy to walk you through the process.

How do I add content?
As you are creating a listing, you will have the opportunity to add content about your store. We suggest using your location’s name, as much as possible (but no more than 5 times in your content for SEO practices) and avoiding using industry terms.
Do you offer banner advertisements?
Yes. Please contact our office for the details; However, the media kit does have all the details.
Is there anyway that the online application can come to my office only?
Yes. Each detail page has a link to submit an application. If a person clicks on that link from your page, it will only come to you and no-one else. This is why you want to add as much quality content about your location on your listing as possible.
I have multiple locations. How does that work?
If you have more than 15 locations, we suggest you calling our customer service department to add and assist your firm but you can do it yourself. When you register you will be the administrator of your companies presence on our site. You can add users with add/edit rights. Some companies have given their store managers the ability to add/edit their location's presence.
Do you offer discounts for multiple locations?
If you have more than 15 locations, you may qualify for special pricing.
Do you offer discounts for long term contracts?
We encourage you to pre-pay for our service for as long as you desire. We do this because of course, we want you to be a member of our family for as long as possible for obvious reasons, but also because for you, it locks in TODAY'S prices for as long as you want. The value of our service is growing every day as more and more web sites go on-line to add to the pipe-line of applications. Logic says that we will raise our prices at some point, but we want to reward our clients who have been with us for a long period of time. Your extended commitment to us means we can continue to enhance your results.
What happens when I get to busy?
