My wife was going to kill me!  Our pure-breed dog ran away because I forgot to close the gate!

Last week, I came home really drunk one night and forgot to close the gate behind me.  Our dog, Tacky, sleeps outside in his dog house and I guess he took that as an opportunity to escape.  I don’t blame him – if you knew what my wife did to him, you would probably cry for the poor guy.

Well, I woke up the next morning to feed Tacky and realized he had escaped!  My wife was going to kill me.  Tacky had tried to escape every night since we got him, and my wife made sure he wasn’t able to by putting barb wire on the gate.  The only way he had to escape was if somebody accidentally left it open and I guess he was just waiting for that opportunity.

So, I needed money to get a new one that looked just like him.  I found a dog that looked just like him online, but being that he was a pure-bred, it was really expensive.  I didn’t have $7,000 to spend on a dumb dog!

I haven’t slept in weeks!

My nurse even said I look like crap.  I just can’t function as a doctor like this.  The other day I removed the wrong leg off of a guy.  I’ll be in court for sure for that one.

It’s just so hard to sleep when you have little livers and spleens dancing in your dreams.  Laughing at you from behind bars and shouting: “You were the last in you class doc!”  It’s like a personal attack!  In my dreams!  Why do I have to deal with this?

Everyone in real life seems to like me, minus that guy with the leg, or without the leg I should say.  Really it’s without both legs because we did still have to take the other one off, just want to clarify that.

Life seemed like it was against me and I needed to take a vacation, travel and explore the great city of Madison, AL.  The only thing is I just dumped all my money into my new practice and haven’t had a huge turn around yet.  So I had to find some other source of cash.  I needed a quick loan.

My husband and I are currently planning a surprise birthday party for our daughters twenty first birthday; we make the invitations, guests list, and a menu for the evening. The only thing is that we invited all of our friends and their families because these are the children that our daughter grew up with and we thought that she would like to unite with some of her old friends. Little did we know, the night of the party everything is in place and going to work out great! Everyone was in their spots when she gets there and the surprise is great, the only thing missing was a look of surprise and a look of gratitude on her face. In all actuality she was not happy she actually was kind of mad at the whole situation. She ran to her room and slammed the door. That was until we heard a crash in the front room! We ran to see what had happened and we found my crystal ball had been knocked off its mount and fell crashing to the floor.
